I am experienced in working with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem and body image issues, adjustments /transitions as well as many other issues as they pertain to relationships.
I take a comprehensive approach in my work so that we may consider your life experiences, biology and social environment – all of which influence who you are – to understand and change patterns you are repeating that may be getting in your way.
An objective, non-judgmental listener, I am easy to connect to. Building solid, trusting relationships is among my greatest strengths as a therapist. It is essential for me to help you work on your issues without fear of criticism and a secure sense that you feel accepted. I strive to create a safe, productive place for you to grow, learn and change.
My major therapeutic modalities include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Emotion-Focused therapy and DBT. Together we can work towards developing a more balanced perspective and a healthier approach to facing the inevitability of life’s challenges.
