I am a Stanford University trained, board certified psychiatrist who sees adults in Pasadena. I take a compassionate approach to treating individuals with a variety of conditions. I understand that reasons for seeking treatment can be complex, and I recommend and prescribe medications only after a thorough assessment and when my client and I are in agreement with the plan. I am happy to collaborate with outside therapists and other medical professionals as needed to provide comprehensive treatment for clients.
I graduated from Duke University and attended medical school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After medical school I spent four years at Stanford University for my internship and psychiatry residency. I was selected as a Chief Resident at Stanford based on leadership and teaching ability.
I have received training in therapy and medication management for a variety of psychiatric conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, OCD, ADHD, women’s health, maternal wellness, and PTSD.
